By using Sculpt Lab's services, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our website and clinic services.

2. Consultations and Treatments

All treatments at Sculpt Lab require a prior medical consultation to assess suitability. We reserve the right to decline treatment if our medical professionals determine it is not appropriate for you.

3. Informed Consent

Before any treatment begins, you will be asked to provide informed consent. This includes acknowledging the potential risks, benefits, and realistic expectations for the treatment. No treatment proceeds without signed consent.

4. Results and Outcomes

Sculpt Lab cannot guarantee specific results. Aesthetic treatments involve inherent variability. Results depend on individual factors including skin type, age, health status, and lifestyle. All information provided on our website and in consultations reflects typical outcomes and not guaranteed individual results.

5. Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of treatment. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Consultation fees are redeemable against same-day treatment bookings.

7. Complaints

We take all client concerns seriously. Please contact our clinic manager at sculptlab.in@gmail.com. We will acknowledge all complaints within 2 working days and respond fully within 14 working days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sculpt Lab's liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
