Yes. A consultation with one of our qualified medical professionals is required before any treatment begins. This ensures the treatment is appropriate and safe for you.

You can enquire on behalf of someone else, but the patient must be present for the consultation and must provide their own consent.

We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance for consultations. Popular treatment slots can fill up quickly, especially at weekends.

Yes. All treatments at Sculpt Lab are delivered by qualified medical professionals — MBBS-trained doctors with additional specialist training in aesthetic medicine. We do not permit non-medically trained staff to administer any injectable or laser treatments.

We use only pharmaceutical-grade, CE-marked or FDA-cleared products from established, reputable manufacturers. We do not use counterfeit or unregulated products.

We follow strict clinical infection control protocols. All needles and disposable items are used once and safely disposed of. Equipment is sterilised between clients.

We take all measures to minimise discomfort. Topical numbing cream is used before injectables and laser treatments. Most clients find treatments well-tolerated.

Results timelines vary by treatment. Some treatments like HydraFacial show immediate results, while injectables take 3–7 days and collagen-stimulating treatments like microneedling show gradual improvement over 4–12 weeks.

No ethical clinic guarantees results. Individual outcomes depend on many factors including skin type, age, lifestyle, and how closely aftercare instructions are followed. We provide realistic expectations at consultation.

Most of our treatments have minimal to no downtime. Treatments involving the skin surface (peels, laser, microneedling) may cause 1–5 days of mild redness or peeling. This is discussed fully at consultation.

This varies significantly by treatment. For example, Botox typically lasts 3–6 months, hyaluronic acid fillers 6–18 months, and laser hair removal produces long-term reduction after a full course. Details are provided at consultation.

We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is taken at the time of treatment, not at booking.

The consultation fee of ₹1,500 is redeemable against treatments booked on the same day.

For multi-session packages, we offer the option to pay per session or upfront for a package discount. Please speak to our team for details.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

We will never share your photos without your explicit written consent. If you are happy for us to share before/after images, we will ask you to sign a consent form.
