All treatment packages purchased from Sculpt Lab Clinics are non-refundable. Advance payments reserve your treatment package and may allow sessions to be scheduled before the remaining balance is paid. If an advance package is cancelled, the amount already paid is retained as the final bill and is not refundable. Any pending sessions in that package will be cancelled.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Treatment recommendations are subject to clinical assessment. If a treatment cannot proceed because it is not clinically suitable, our team will discuss the available options with you.
